    I’ve had to undergo long periods of pain in different areas of my body. At one point in time, I did try different massages and at best, they only helped for a temporary period.

    One thing I would HIGHLY recommend people try is network chiropractic care. That by far was the only thing that helped me get over my injuries and pain and I strongly recommend people looking into that.
