  1. I bought a Herman Miller chair 9 years ago from Office Designs. During this period I moved to England with the chair and then back to the US.

    Now, 9 years down the road, the chair had problems. At Office Designs they showed themselves very helpful and ultra-responsive on the repair, even navigating COVID-19 limitations. I’m grateful!
