Our teeth consists of around four different styles inside our mouths that aids us when eating and chewing food. This includes 12 Molars( which includes 4 wisdom teeth), 4 canine teeth, 8 incisors and 8 premolars teeth.
Incisors help with biting into your food. Your canines are your sharpest teeth which tears food apart and chew food better. All of the molars tear and crushes all the food and with all of these teeth working together will help eat and digest food better.
Teeth are made up of different parts on each and every tooth that includes the enamels, which is the hardest substance found in the body. It also comprises other parts such as dentin, pulp and cementum.
Adults have around 32 teeth and this should come into place by the late teens and the number of teeth varies between children and babies.

We all like to pay attention to our health and our teeth certainly plays a crucial part in this as well, no one wants to have toothaches or brittle teeth! Here are some simple, easy and affordable ways to keep you smiling always:)
- Do not brush your teeth too hard or for too long – It is recommended to brush your teeth for up to 6 minutes properly and gently as you brush. Dental experts do warn that over brushing can lead to receding gums.
- Be careful when munching on hard foods such as mango slices or ice. Dried fruits that are hard to bite into should be soaked into water lukewarm water for around 15minutes and it is not advisable to bite into ice.
- Avoid factors that can damage or cause contributions to toothaches such as smoking, drinking fizzy drinks or too much fluoride found in certain fluids and foods.
- When you use mouthwashes to quickly rinse your mouth with or even chew gum, ensure it contains natural and pure ingredients that are free from unnecessary chemicals, preservatives that can sit in your teeth and cause problems.
The list does indeed go on but whatever you put in your mouth and teeth should generally be healthy and pure so that it minimizes damage or harm to your teeth. Even over brushing can do more harm than good and doing so in moderation is always best.
