No doubt, yoga practice has been done for ages from the old to young. It has many health benefits that one can take advantage of. And you’re right. It can be quite difficult for beginners. I remember when I first started, I saw it as an exercise I could no do. But with time, I started adapting.

I have been practicing yoga for some time now and can say that there are no side effects of practicing yoga at home on regular basis. Instead of causing harm to your health. it will help turn your life to a happier and healthy one.

      Hey Kelvin,

Yes, yoga brings tremendous benefits to your health and well being. It doesn’t have to be anything strenuos and even with light yoga exercises, can contribute to a better lifestyle.

Yoga can seem a bit over whelming at first but practice makes perfect. Many thanks!

Thank you for this article. It was a good reminder of the yoga mat I bought few months ago. I would love to do Yoga consistently, I agree with all the listed benefits in this article and I desire to have them. I like the wholeness that yoga brings – Mind , Body and soul. I guess its not one on those things one can consistently do alone, especially as  a beginner.

Brilliant comment there! I am glad that you liked the article and there are many videos on Youtube for beginners in yoga and even app’s that can help beginners. It is always best to start with easy, simple exercises that you’re comfortable with before trying anything else.  Always consult with a yoga specialist for help in any complex exercises.

      Have a joyous day:)
