Using a natural moisturisation throughout the day and when needed is helpful to calm the skin and so go for raw butter such as raw organic avocado or mango butter that improves the skin’s surface, choose mineral foundation and fruit pigmented ingredients:)
Toner: Use a gentle and chemical free toner after washing your face when necessary to help restore skin nutrients and make it feel smooth and calm, if you do not feel to do so everyday then listen to your feelings.
Exfoliators: Bentonite clay is a gentle option to remove grime and dirt deep in the skin cells. This should be used at most once or twice a week.

Carrots are high in vitamin A, which fights sunburn, cell death, and wrinkles. Vitamin A also gives your skin a healthy, warm glow.
You can get vitamin A from fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based products. Your body then converts beta carotene to vitamin A to protect your skin from the sun. Vitamin A can also be found in oranges, spinach, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, broccoli, bell peppers, and more.
Olives mostly comprise of mono saturated fats which are known as oleic acid and studies suggest that this can reduce a number of conditions and allow for great protection against oxidative damage towards our cells.
Olives are a good fat and can keep unhealthy conditions at bay. It is rich in polyphenols which helps the skin against premature aging and improves the skin’s defences against oxidative stress that causes an imbalance between free radicals in the body.
