What Does an Air Purifier Do?

We all love fresh clean air, it makes you feel alive and can help you to think with clarity. Just like a messy home can make you feel low or agitated, similarly the surrounding air too.

We absorb and live on so much air daily but people tend to focus on the food that they eat or their awesome workout regimes. In fact, it even helps or heals you from a variety of health conditions and relieve you from allergies, skin problems, brain fog and much more.

So, if you do have a peculiar ailment for a long while now or a mystery symptom that just hasn’t fully cleared away, you may want to check out the surrounding air.

You would actually shudder and frown upon at the sight of mould or unpleasant smells which can occur over time naturally, so why not just prevent this from happening even a little?

The Problem with Air Fresheners

Indoor air pollution occurs by a mixture of unseen specks or molecules of dust, mould spores or smoke that transpires perhaps with all of these volatile organic compounds or naturally by the humidity and water evaporation within the environment.

Your furniture, carpets, paint, cleaning products contribute to the surroundings too, but let’s not get too carried away with these products just so as long as they are kept clean and tidy.

With all of this occurring in the background all the time and then to mask it up with synthetic fragrances can truly overwhelm the body. Of course, there are natural air fresheners out there on the market, but they definitely do not clean or purify the air whatsoever.

It’s like spraying a sweet perfume on your wrist and neck, it may irritate the skin depending on the kind that you use or simply a display of sweet smells.

Besides, manufacturers do not have to include all the ingredients in their fragrance blends anyway, due to protecting their trade secrets.

Therefore, not many labelling is really required and then you can just imagine the amount of chemicals, additives and artificial ingredients that you can inhale and ingest with them.

Air fresheners can have a negative impact on the environment and effecting others all around you:

  • Certain chemicals found in air fresheners can harm the lungs, awakening the possibilities of difficulties in breathing.
  • Can cause allergies, especially skin irritations or rashes.
  • Can emit potentially dangerous chemicals, even certain organic ones can cause high risk of heart problems.
  • Can cause headaches or migraines.

Certain toxic substances can be labelled as something innocent such as aroma, flavor, parfum and something along these lines. Everyone gets effected differently and then it truly comes down to your gut health too.

Why Clean Air is Vital?

I am sure that by now you have knowledge of the health benefits intact with a healthy airy environment that are simply priceless!

It not only affects your body and your family’s, but your surroundings too and the clean atmosphere it creates, to the cleanliness you can feel and the glow and tidiness that can be reflected by the furniture in your home, the ceilings, walls and perhaps a low decrease of any chance of drifting mould or dust in your surroundings!

By detoxing your home’s pollution, you can really experience better health:

  • Seasonal allergies may vanish!
  • Brain fog can be cleared up.
  • Inflammation or unexplained symptoms such as itching can go away.

By breathing in clean air, the World Health Organization mentions that health conditions such as heart disease, lung cancer or respiratory diseases can significantly reduce the risk of such illness’s. Polluted air has been linked to many health problems such as autoimmunity or depression.

Why I love Air Purifiers!

These are remarkable and provide for a clearer and greater quality of fresher air, allowing you to…breathe easy! Air filters clean up any dust from cleaning, any dirt, pollutants or impurities are cleaned up and trapped as it flows through the filter.

There are many out there in the market but the one that I adore and have researched upon is the AirDoctor Pro which is available from Amazon and it has amazing reviews too!

AirDoctor Pro eliminates normal odours providing for fresher air. Usually standard air filters remove particles only, so partially filter the air.

Whereas the AirDoctor Pro is energy efficient for energy savings and uses a multiple filtration on levels in an airtight system. It removes so much more, from volatile organic chemicals, gases and toxicity at an advanced level!

It quietly operates when it’s running and you won’t even notice it’s there! It is less quiet than general purifiers making it a great choice if you have children, pets, elderly or just about anyone in your home.

If you have been experiencing flooding or humidity in your home, the fumes from it all can build up naturally over time and alter the environment. By simply plugging in the AirDoctor Pro, it can clear away hazy dirt and foggy air. It actually cleans the air for up to 2400 square feet inside your home, so it’s exceptional at reaching quite far out to purify your breathing space!

  1. Wow you are so right! We all focus on our food and exercise – but no one talks about the air we breathe in our homes. Especially as we head into the winter season, at least where the weather is cold. We spend more time indoors. And we don’t like spraying scented “mists” around the house – not naming any product names here – they really don’t work to clean the air. Oh, and we have a big dog and 2 cats, just adding to the show. You have opened my eyes.

    • Hello, Yes we should focus on the air we breathe considerably as this counts towards building good health and body as well. While having pets around, this is more reason to ensure to have clean and filtered air indoors as every breath we take is the air we breathe in – depending on our surroundings. Thank you:)
